Jacob S. Royer

Listed in 1922 Dayton City Directory as artist. A January 29, 1996 letter from Helen Pinkney to a Ms. Ruth Scott describes Royer thusly: "[he] was a Dayton artist and restorer, who restored many of the paintings damage in the Dayton flood in 1913." (Documentation in DAI Library "Dayton" files.)
