Johnathan Otis

Born April 30, 1723 in Sandwich Barnstable, Massachusetts, Jonathan Otis apprenticed as a silversmith in Sandwich c. 1745. From 1750 to 1755, Otis worked as silversmith in Newport, Rhode Island, and from 1776 to 1791 in Middletown, Connecticut.
