BiographyEmeritus Professor of Art. B.A. Augustana College 1958; M.F.A. University of Iowa, 1963. Taught courses in drawing, painting, and printmaking. His plant studies have been exhibited internationally, including the Chicago Botanic Garden, the British Museum (NaturalHistory), the Hunt Institute in Pittsburgh, the Royal Horticultural Society in London, and the Missouri Botanical Garden in St. Louis. Olson's drawings and prints have been reproduced in numerous books, periodicals, and exhibition catalogues.
