Joey Kirkpatrick

Joey Kirkpatrick was born in 1952 in Des Moines, Iowa. She studied glassblowing at the Pilchuck Glass School in Stanwood, Washington after receiving her BFA at Iowa State University. Since the early 1980s, she has collaborated with artist Flora C. Mace in Seattle. Mace and Kirkpatrick create blown glass and wood sculpture that responds to or re-presents the natural world.
