Georg Jensen is part of Royal Scandinavia (RS), a financial holding company, which includes Royal Copenhagen, Holmegaard, Orrefors Kosta Boda and Illums Bolighus. RS´ major shareholders are Axcel, a private equity firm (79%), Carlsberg Breweries (12%) and the Rausing family (9%).
