Amedeo (sometimes Amadeo) Gennarelli (1881-1943)

An Italian/French sculptor, he was a pupil of Francesco Jerace.

Gennarelli settled and worked in Paris, from 1913 to 1930. He exhibited at the Salon, particularly in the 1920s. He became a very well known sculptor who worked in bronze, marble, ceramics and on occasion, wood. Two of his more well-known works are "Carrier Pigeon" and "Towards Destiny".
