Robert Fichter

Robert Fichter (born 1939) revieved his BFA in paitning and printmaking at the Universtiy of Floria (studying with Jerry Uelsmann) and a MFA in photogrpahy and printmaking from Indiana University. He worked at an assistant curator at George Eastman House and then became an Assistant Professor at UCLA, alongside Robert Heinecken and Todd Walker. He has also held positions at Cranbook Academy and Floriday State University, where he worked for over 30 years. His works are in the collections of The Huntington, CA; Spencer Museum of Art, KS; Henry Art Gallery, WA; High Museum, GA; Los Angeles County Museum of Art, CA; Center for Creative Photogrpahy, AZ; etc.
