American, born 1944
BiographyMS in Photography, Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, Illinois and a BFA in Graphic Design, University of Georgia, Athens, Georgia. Professor Quarterman’s areas of specialization are studio lighting, large format photography, interiors, pinhole photography and fine art photography. His fine art photographs have been widely published in popular and scholarly books and magazines and exhibited in solo and group exhibitions at major venues including the Museum of Modern Art, NYC; George Eastman House, Rochester, NY., the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, and Nexus Incorporated in Atlanta, GA. Recently, Professor Quarterman has completed many studio and interior commercial photography commissions for corporate clients.
