Biography"Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Lamden decided to become a professional artist as a teenager when she enrolled in the Cleveland School of Art. Later, she settled in Dayton where she continued her artistic pursuits. Lamden received her BFA from the Dayton Art Institute in 1970 and, for various periods between 1970 and 1980, she served on the faculty of the University of Dayton and Sinclair College where she taught design, drawing, sculpture and art education."
